Admin Area

Installation

Through the WordPress administrative area:

From WordPress administrative area, go to Plugins -> Add New
Search for fresh cookie bar
Install and then activate it
Your setting will be available under Settings -> Cookie Bar menu

Download manually:

Download the latest release
Extract and rename it as fresh-cookie-bar
Upload to your wp-content directory
Activate it from Dashboard -> Plugins
Your setting will be available under Settings -> Cookie Bar menu
