PingBell for WooCommerce lets you connect key store events (orders, order status changes, add to cart) to your PingBell counters.<\/p>\n\n

    What this plugin does<\/h3>\n\n

    • Adds a PingBell<\/strong> settings page under WooCommerce \u2192 PingBell<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Lets you paste your PingBell API key<\/strong> and fetch all counters on your PingBell account.<\/li>\n
    • Lets you create connections<\/strong> between:\n\n

      • A specific PingBell counter, and<\/li>\n
      • A WooCommerce event (e.g. Order created<\/em>, Order completed<\/em>, Product added to cart<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n

      • Automatically creates a WooCommerce webhook for each connection with this delivery URL format:<\/p>\n\n

            You can point the same PingBell counter at multiple events, or create separate counters per event.<\/p>\n\n

            External service<\/h3>\n\n

            This plugin sends event data from your WooCommerce store to the PingBell service.<\/p>\n\n

                                      Do I need a PingBell account?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                                      Yes. This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to your PingBell account via an API key.

                                      Where do I find my PingBell API key?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                                      Log into your PingBell account and go to your account\/settings section.
                                      \nCopy the API key and paste it into WooCommerce \u2192 PingBell \u2192 PingBell API Key<\/strong>.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                                      What WooCommerce events are supported?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                                        What URL does the plugin use for webhooks?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                                        Every connection creates a WooCommerce webhook pointing to:<\/p>\n\n

                                        Does deleting a connection also delete the WooCommerce webhook?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
                                        Yes. Clicking Delete<\/strong> in the PingBell settings:<\/p>\n\n

                                        1. Deletes the associated WooCommerce webhook using the WooCommerce API.<\/li>\n
                                        2. Removes the connection from the plugin\u2019s internal settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/dd>\n
                                          Does this plugin store any personal data?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
                                          The plugin itself stores only:<\/p>\n\n

                                          • Your PingBell API key (in WordPress options).<\/li>\n
                                          • A list of your PingBell counters (IDs + names).<\/li>\n
                                          • The mapping between counters, WooCommerce events, and webhook IDs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                                            Event payloads are sent directly from WooCommerce to PingBell<\/strong> via webhooks.
                                            \nThe data inside those payloads is whatever WooCommerce includes for that webhook topic (order details, totals, etc.). Please review PingBell\u2019s privacy policy for how that data is handled on their side.<\/p><\/dd>\n
                                            Will this slow down my store?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
                                            WooCommerce sends webhooks asynchronously. The plugin simply configures the webhooks; it does not add heavy logic to your checkout flow. Under normal circumstances, the performance impact on your store is negligible.<\/p><\/dd>\n
                                            Can I disable the integration temporarily?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
                                            You can:<\/p>\n\n
